Wet Tissue Designs
Simple arts and craft project for
your scrap tissue paper
Instead of throwing away the
crumpled tissue paper you receive in gift bags or packages, recycle the
colorful thin paper in this easy art project.
Materials Needed:
Colored tissue paper
Bowl of starch
Piece of white cardboard or paper plate
Scissors
Directions:
1. Cut or tear tissue paper into shapes.
2. Dip tissue into starch, wipe off excess starch then apply to
cardboard or plate to create a picture.
