7 ounces can whole green chilies
(cut in halves)
1/2 pound Jack cheese (sliced)
1/2 pound cheddar cheese (sliced)
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
8 ounces tomato sauce
Lightly oil a 9-inch square baking dish. Place 1/2 of the chilies on the bottom of the baking dish, layer with the cheese then top with the remaining chilies. Beat together eggs, milk and flour. Pour over the casserole. Bake for 45 at 350°. Remove from oven and cover with tomato sauce and bake another 15 minutes.
