I love a layered salad, where you begin by laying down a bed of crisp,
bite size iceberg lettuce, followed by layers of vegetables, such as
diced tomato, cucumber, peas, or what ever diced vegetables you prefer.
Top the layers with the dressing, followed by shredded cheddar cheese
and crumbled bacon. Cover the salad with cellophane and
refrigerate several hours before serving.
1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 packet of Splenda or sugar
Lemon juice or red wine vinegar
Blend
together mayonnaise and Splenda or sugar. Add lemon juice or wine
vinegar to taste. Adjust the amounts according to your personal
preference.
