1 deep dish pie crust
12 slices of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup minced onion
Filling
Mix in electric mixer:
2 cups whip cream
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Heat oven to 425º. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on crust. Cover with
filling. Bake 15 minutes and reduce to 300º and bake 30 minutes longer.
Or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
