Blueberry Coffee Cake

Dissolve:

½ ounce of yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
½ cup water (110 degrees)
Let stand 10 minutes.
Beat into yeast:
2 Beaten eggs
1 cup soft butter
2/3 cup milk
6 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Kneed for 10 minutes or until smooth and satin-y. Cover and let rest.

Filling:

2 # cream cheese
4 yolks
1 1/3 sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 T grated lemon peel 

Topping:

2 cups blueberries
Use 2/3 of dough for bottom of pan. 1/3 of dough for lattice. Cover with plastic and let sit overnight. Bake 350º uncovered about 40 minutes.
